Hi! I’m Nicolette Steele.

I am a Senior Integrated Producer specializing in thoughtful, high-impact campaigns across broadcast, digital, social and emerging platforms.

I’ve spent the last decade producing integrated campaigns for brands like Google, Capital One, NBCU and the Virginia Lottery both in house and at advertising agencies partnering with creatives, strategists, marketers, editors, animators, media and production teams to bring ideas from concept through final delivery.

My background spans broadcast, digital, social, global localization, post-production and operational systems design. I’m especially drawn to projects that require both strong creative instincts and thoughtful executional leadership.

Whether building scalable workflows, managing complex productions, or navigating tight timelines and evolving priorities, I care deeply about creating work that is both beautifully crafted and strategically effective.

Great production isn't just logistics, it's creative problem solving. Production is often seen as the behind-the-scenes function that keeps things moving, but I've always believed it's where creative work actually comes to life. Strong production leadership isn’t just about keeping projects on track. It’s about creating the conditions for great creative work to happen!

From global Google rollouts at Arts & Letters to being a powerhouse of a production department of one at Fable, I bring both the structure to keep things moving and the creative instinct to make sure what we're making is good and aligned with the collective vision.
